Service system
We endeavor to offer the most thoughtful and comprehensive service system with technical
and other support. All products enjoy from 3 year to life-time free replacement warranty.
a). After-sale service commitment
1. We ensure all the lightning protection products are new equipment,and can meet
all technical standards stated in the corresponding specifications;
2. We warrant all of our SPD products to be free of defects under normal use for
at least 3 years. If clear evidence provided (Examination of returned unit
or photograph of the damaged unit) proves the malfunctioning of product due to
its quality, free replacement will be delivered.
3. We provide free technical advisory service and consultation. Support will be in
the form of telephone, mails or facsimile transmission.
4. OPPLEI has the right to the interpretation of related terms.
Please contact us to settle through friendly negotiation if there is a different suggestion.

c). Installation training:
For the convenience of clients to correctly install our surge protectors, we provide installation training
service as follows:
>The whole lightning protection solutions; Surge protectors’ installation instructions;
>Senior engineer’s telephone support;
>Regular training for installation of surge protectors;
>On-site installation instructions(Charge applies);

d). Products returned for warranty replacement and repair:
1. For one of the following situations, free replacement shall be made:
>The quality problem of the product itself
>Aging, lightning damage, etc., or any damage caused by non-artificial reason during normal usage.
2. For one of the following situations, free replacement cannot be made:
>Product has passed the warranty period;
>Caused by artificial damage(Such as: incorrect installation and use, removed, or modified, etc.)
>Any disassembling or modification to products by any person without Opplei’s written permission.
>The returned unit (or photographed unit) appears not to be from Opplei’s production.
>Damage caused by majeure force;
